Location wise it was very convenient, being close to the train station and not on the main road. This made it quieter and allowed for a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to make our stay comfortable. They even allowed my friends to freshen up in my room without any extra charges. they were flexible with the check-in time and let me check in before the scheduled hours.

It felt like we were paying a higher price for what we were getting. The amenities in the room were not up to par and the overall ambiance was not pleasing.

During my Christmas stay, I found the hotel to be conveniently located close to both the train station and bus stand, which made my travel arrangements easier. the rooms were neat and well maintained, decorated with a subtle modern touch that I appreciated. the staff was helpful and eager to accommodate my requests, and the food quality was good.

I must mention that compared to the facilities offered, the cost was on the higher side. I also found the rooms to be small, lacking in amenities, and sometimes emitting unpleasant odors.
